Guest Information

The wish of management and staff is for all guests to be able to enjoy a safe, happy , friendly and relaxing stay whilst at the park.  Be considerate of others and ensure your site and belongs are kept secure and tidy at all times.  Please read the following which applies to all guests, residents or invited guests.

Bikes/Scooters/etc.

Park patrons are responsible for their children at all times. Bikes, skateboards, and scooters must be ridden with extreme care:

  • No riding around amenity blocks, laundries, boom gate, office, camp kitchens, games room, or barbecue areas at any time.

  • Speed limit and other road signs must be obeyed at all times.

  • As required by law bike helmets must be worn.

  • No riding after street lights are on at night.Management cannot accept responsibility for any injuries occurred through accidents whilst in the park.

Check In/Out

Cabin accommodation and ensuite sites– check-in from 2pm, check out 10am. Camping and caravan sites – check in from 11am, check out 10am. Late checkouts can be arranged subject to availability. Fee applies.

Accommodation and site selection

While we do our best to accommodate a preferred site or cabin these are not guaranteed.

Children

The park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety and so they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the showers, toilets and recreational facilities.

Evacuation Plan

Please make yourself familiar with our evacuation plan in case of any unforeseen emergency. In case of emergency, please remain calm and follow instruction from staff. For after hours emergency only, please call 000 in cases relating to FIRE, POLICE or AMBULANCE.

Fires

No open fires are to be lit at any time. This includes smokers, heat beads and charcoal BBQs.

Noise

The peaceful enjoyment of our park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbours and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10pm at night and before 6am.

Park Management Discretion

Park Management has the right to direct any park patron (including their guests, visitors and invitees) to leave the park if that person refuses to comply with the park rules, causes a nuisance, or interferes with the use and enjoyment of the park.

Payments

Accommodation balance must be paid no later than the arrival date.

Pets

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Problems/Concerns

Please notify Park Management of concerns at the time of the problem, we will endeavour to rectify the situation; therefore ensuring you stay is a positive one.

Amenities

North and South block are open 23 hours a day. North block is closed for cleaning between 10am – 11am. South block is closed for cleaning between 11am – 12pm. Peak Holiday Seasons – the amenities will be cleaned twice a day. Additional inspections will be carried out during the day.

Speed Limits

The safety of our guests is of prime importance. You can assist our cause by limiting the speed of your vehicle to 8 kilometres (walking pace) whilst within the Park.

Your Site

Please keep your site clean & tidy at all times and use the facilities provided for drying clothes, discharge of sullage water and rubbish disposal. Unfortunately open fires are strictly prohibited and no fire crackers are permitted under law.All vans, tents and motor homes are required to have the draw bar or legal tow point, facing the road & to be placed upon the site so that it is a minimum of 1 metre off the road (in accordance with Emergency Evacuation procedures).

Vehicles

Please ask your visitors to park their vehicles outside the park, as only one vehicle per site is permitted (unless Management approves). No vehicle is to be parked on roadways, walkways, reserve or other patron’s site within the park.

Not Allowed List

The following is not allowed under any circumstances:

NO SWEARING, ILLEGAL DRUG USE, NO EXCESSIVE USE OF ALCOHOL, NO UNDUE MESS AROUND SITE, NO UNREGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS, NO UNDUE NOISE, NO ACTS OF VIOLENCE OR ABUSE, NO SMOKING IN ACCOMMODATION, NO UNREGISTERED VEHICLES AND NO DRIVING LESSONS TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE PARK GROUNDS

** FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO RESORT ACCOMMODATION OR PROPERTY MAY RESULT IN THE GUEST BEING ASKED TO VACATE AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND ISSUED. PLEASE READ OUR REFUND POLICY PRINTED ON YOUR RECEIPT ISSUED ON CHECK IN **

Note: Any caravan/campervan leads connected to our power outlets must be 15 AMP tested and tagged! The use of double adaptors is not allowed!

PLASTIC COVERS, CARPETS OR MATS OUTSIDE TENTS OR CARAVANS ARE NOT  PERMITTED ON ANY LAWNED AREA. SHADE CLOTH OR SIMILAR IS WELCOME.
