Guest Information

The wish of management and staff is for all guests to be able to enjoy a safe, happy, friendly and relaxing stay whilst at the resort.

Be considerate of other and ensure your site and other belongings are kept secure and tidy at all times. Please read the following which applies to all guests, residents or invited guests. Please be aware that the following rules cover the essential basics, however more details are available from reception. We also appreciate that you observe the rules displayed around the park facilities and activities and abide by any health and safety rules as directed by management.

FEES

Please ensure that all fees are paid in advance.

FISHING

The Myall waterways are a fisherman’s paradise offering river, bay and beach fishing all year round. In the front of the park is a marine zone and fishing is strictly prohibited. Our jetty located next to the barge offers a fantastic fishing opportunity, not to mention a great sunset. Children under the age of 18 do not require a fishing license and pensioners are exempt from the fee.

CHECK IN/OUT

Cabins and Site fees are calculated until 10am on the day of departure. If your travel arrangements are inconvenienced by these times please contact the park management to make alternate arrangements. Site check in - 11am and Cabin check in - 2pm

WiFi

Due to our remote location, WiFi and phone services can often be limited throughout the park, mostly available in the reception and café areas.

VEHICLES

The safety of our customers is of prime importance. You can assist our cause by limiting the speed of your vehicle to 8km/h (walking pace) whilst within the park. Please contact park management if you wish to wash or repair a vehicle on site.

CHILDREN

The park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety and to ensure they do not disturb other people in the park. Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the amenities and pool area.

SCOOTERS/SKATEBOARDS/ROLLER SKATES AND ROLLER BLADES

The manager will provide information to guests regarding the nearest safe area available for children to use skateboards, roller skates etc. For the benefit of our customers these items are not be used within the resort grounds. Bicycles may be ridden in the park during daylight hours providing the rider is wearing a safety helmet.

PETS

Unfortunately pets are not allowed onsite. Please make alternative arrangements before coming on holidays.

YOUR SITE

Please keep your site tidy and use the facilities provided for drying clothes, discharge of sullage water and rubbish disposal. We ask that you do not tie ropes or secure tarps from our trees. Please do not dig trenches on or around your site. Unfortunately no open fires are permitted under local law.

SWIMMING POOL

Use of swimming pools and associated facilities may result in serious personal injury including death, drowning, head, eye or spinal injury, paralysis, broken limbs or strains. Flips, somersaults and inverted manoeuvres into the water are dangerous and prohibited. Other risks include diving head first, slips, trips, falls, running on wet surfaces and not providing adequate supervision to children. NOISE The peaceful enjoyment of our park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbours and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10pm and before 6am.

SECURING YOUR SITE

While park managers do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, we do recommend that visitors to the park take the precaution of securing items of value left outside their tent, caravan or cabin during the day and overnight.

PARKING

The parking located near the Cabins are for guests only, please park in the bay allocated to your Cabin.

Not Allowed List

The following is not allowed under any circumstances:

NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE, NO EXCESSIVE USE OF ALCOHOL, NO UNDUE MESS AROUND SITE, NO UNREGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS, NO UNDUE NOISE, NO ACTS OF VIOLENCE OR ABUSE, NO SMOKING IN ACCOMMODATION, NO UNREGISTERED VEHICLES, NO ‘L’ PLATE DRIVERS OR DRIVING LESSONS TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE RESORT GROUNDS.

**FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO PARK ACCOMMODATION OR PROPERTY MAY RESULT IN THE GUEST BEING ASKED TO VACATE AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND ISSUED. PLEASE READ OUR REFUND POLICY PRINTED ON YOUR RECEIPT ISSUED ON CHECK IN**

Note: Any caravan/campervan leads connected to our power outlets must be 15 AMP tested and tagged. No double adaptors allowed.

PLASTIC COVERS, CARPETS OR MATS OUTSIDE TENTS OR CARAVANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON ANY LAWNED AREA. SHADE CLOTH OR SIMILAR IS WELCOME.
